    ELEVORA COACHING LLP

    Company number: OC461430 · Registered office: 6 Eamer Crescent, Wokingham, England, RG41 1AJ · elevoracoaching.com · Last updated: 24 August 2026

    01

    PURPOSE

    These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Services, hereinafter the “Terms”, define the conditions under which ELEVORA COACHING LLP, hereinafter “ELEVORA COACHING”, provides its clients with personal and professional coaching services.

    ELEVORA COACHING offers support services intended in particular to help the Client clarify their goals, take a step back from their situation, identify their resources, structure their decisions and implement actions consistent with their personal or professional objectives.

    The services may concern in particular:

    • clarifying personal or professional goals;

    • self-confidence;

    • decision-making;

    • professional development and career;

    • communication and professional presence;

    • organisation and setting priorities;

    • work-life balance;

    • support through change;

    • defining and monitoring action plans; and

    • more generally, any objective compatible with a coaching service.

    Services may be provided remotely, including by telephone or video call, and in person where offered by ELEVORA COACHING.

    These Terms govern the contractual relationship between ELEVORA COACHING and any natural or legal person purchasing a service offered by ELEVORA COACHING, hereinafter the “Client”.

    Any order or purchase of a service implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

    02

    NATURE OF COACHING

    The coaching offered by ELEVORA COACHING is a service involving support, reflection, clarification and action.

    The coach supports the Client throughout their process but does not make decisions on the Client's behalf.

    The Client remains entirely responsible for their choices, decisions, actions and the consequences of those choices, decisions and actions.

    Coaching relies on active collaboration between the Client and the coach. The results that may be achieved depend in particular on the Client's situation, involvement and decisions, on the implementation of the actions considered and on many factors outside the control of ELEVORA COACHING.

    Accordingly, ELEVORA COACHING is subject to an obligation of reasonable endeavours and does not guarantee any specific result.

    No promise of personal, professional, financial, romantic or other success may be inferred from the purchase of a service.

    03

    LIMITS OF COACHING

    The services offered by ELEVORA COACHING do not constitute or replace:

    • a medical consultation;

    • psychotherapy;

    • psychiatric or psychological care;

    • a medical or psychological diagnosis;

    • legal advice;

    • tax or accounting advice;

    • financial or investment advice; or

    • any other service falling within a regulated profession.

    The coach may refuse to address an issue that falls outside their area of expertise or requires the involvement of a qualified professional.

    Where the Client's situation requires it, the Client is encouraged to consult an appropriate professional.

    The Client undertakes not to stop or alter any medical or psychological treatment solely on the basis of a coaching session.

    04

    CONDITIONS OF ACCESS TO SERVICES

    Services intended for individuals are reserved for persons who are at least eighteen (18) years old and have the legal capacity required to enter into a contract.

    The Client warrants that the information provided when booking, registering or placing an order is accurate.

    The Client undertakes to inform ELEVORA COACHING of any change likely to affect the performance of the service.

    ELEVORA COACHING reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service, in particular in the event of:

    • aggressive, insulting, threatening or inappropriate behaviour;

    • a request clearly unrelated to coaching;

    • misuse of the services;

    • fraud or attempted fraud;

    • non-payment; or

    • a situation in which continuing the coaching would clearly be inappropriate.

    05

    DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

    The essential characteristics and prices of the services are presented on the ELEVORA COACHING website before an order is placed.

    At the date on which these Terms were drafted, ELEVORA COACHING offers the following packages in particular.

    5.1 Free Flash Package

    The Free Flash Package includes:

    • one 15-minute consultation;

    • no payment; and

    • no bank card required.

    This service allows the Client in particular to explain their situation and have an initial conversation with ELEVORA COACHING.

    Availability of the Free Flash Package is subject to available time slots.

    ELEVORA COACHING reserves the right to limit this offer to one use per person.

    5.2 Discovery Package

    The Discovery Package includes:

    • one individual 45-minute consultation;

    • a fixed price of €59; and

    • no automatic additional charge.

    The service ends when the scheduled time has elapsed unless the parties agree to an additional service.

    5.3 Serenity Package

    The Serenity Package includes:

    • one month of coaching;

    • 8 consultations;

    • access to the coach's messaging service subject to the coach's availability; and

    • a price of €599.

    Access to the messaging service is not available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and does not guarantee an immediate response.

    5.4 Premium Package

    The Premium Package includes:

    • two months of coaching;

    • 16 consultations;

    • access to the coach's messaging service subject to the coach's availability; and

    • a price of €900.

    Access to the messaging service is not an emergency service and does not guarantee an immediate response.

    5.5 Changes to offers

    The offers, content, prices and durations displayed on the website may change.

    The price and characteristics applicable to the Client are those communicated to and accepted by the Client when placing the order.

    Any subsequent change in price does not retrospectively alter the price of a service that has already been ordered and paid for.

    ELEVORA COACHING may also occasionally offer promotions or personalised services whose specific conditions are communicated to the Client before the Client commits to them.

    06

    BOOKING AND FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT

    The Client may book or purchase a service using the booking methods offered by ELEVORA COACHING.

    Before placing any paid order, the Client must be able to review the essential characteristics and price of the service.

    Where an order is placed online, the Client must also review and accept these Terms before finally confirming the order.

    Confirming an order involving payment creates an obligation for the Client to pay.

    The contract is formed when the order has been validly accepted and, where immediate payment is required, once the payment has been confirmed.

    Confirmation of the order may be sent to the Client by email, SMS or any other appropriate durable medium.

    07

    PRICES

    The applicable prices are those shown to the Client before the order is confirmed.

    Prices displayed on the website are stated in euros unless otherwise indicated.

    The total amount payable is communicated to the Client before the order is confirmed.

    No additional amount may be charged for a service without the Client's prior agreement.

    ELEVORA COACHING reserves the right to change its prices at any time for future orders.

    A change in price does not affect a service already ordered at the price previously accepted.

    08

    PAYMENT METHODS

    Paid services must be paid for using one of the payment methods offered when the order is placed.

    Payment may be made by bank card or any other payment method offered by ELEVORA COACHING or its payment provider.

    Where payment is processed by a specialist provider, the Client's full banking details are processed directly by that provider in accordance with its own security rules.

    ELEVORA COACHING shall not be liable for unavailability or malfunction attributable to the payment provider, except where the law provides otherwise.

    The Client warrants that they are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

    In the event of a refused payment, unjustified payment reversal, fraud or payment incident, ELEVORA COACHING may suspend access to any services still to be provided until the situation has been resolved.

    09

    PAYMENT BY INSTALMENTS

    Where ELEVORA COACHING expressly offers the Client payment by instalments, the amounts and dates of the various instalments are communicated to the Client before the Client commits to them.

    Payment by instalments is solely a facility for paying the total agreed price and does not automatically convert the service into a monthly subscription that may be cancelled at any time.

    The Client undertakes to maintain a valid payment method throughout the instalment period.

    If an instalment fails, ELEVORA COACHING may contact the Client to allow the Client to resolve the situation.

    ELEVORA COACHING may suspend any outstanding services until the amounts due have been paid, within the limits permitted by applicable law.

    10

    ORGANISATION OF SESSIONS

    Sessions are arranged by appointment according to the availability of the Client and the coach.

    The Client must attend at the agreed time and under conditions that allow the session to proceed properly.

    For a remote session, the Client is responsible for their equipment, Internet connection, telephone and, more generally, the technical resources required.

    If a technical problem attributable to ELEVORA COACHING prevents the session from taking place, the session may be rescheduled at no additional cost to the Client.

    11

    CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING OF AN APPOINTMENT

    A Client who cannot attend a session must inform ELEVORA COACHING as soon as possible.

    Any cancellation or rescheduling conditions shown at the time of booking apply to the relevant session, subject to mandatory provisions of applicable law.

    In the event of repeated cancellations, unjustified absences or misuse of the booking system, ELEVORA COACHING may limit the ability to book new time slots or end the coaching relationship under the conditions set out in these Terms.

    If ELEVORA COACHING cancels a session, the Client will be offered a new time slot at no additional cost.

    12

    DURATION AND USE OF PACKAGES

    The services included in a Package must be used during the coaching period indicated when the order is placed.

    The Serenity Package is designed for one month of coaching.

    The Premium Package is designed for two months of coaching.

    Sessions are arranged during that period according to the respective availability of the Client and the coach.

    The Client is encouraged to book sessions sufficiently far in advance.

    Where the inability to use a session during the scheduled period is attributable to ELEVORA COACHING, the Client will be offered a rescheduling solution.

    13

    CONSUMER RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

    Where applicable law grants a consumer Client a right of withdrawal for a distance contract, the Client benefits from the applicable statutory period starting on the date the contract is concluded.

    For consumers entitled to a fourteen (14) day withdrawal period, the Client may exercise this right without having to give a reason, subject to the conditions laid down by applicable law.

    The Client may notify ELEVORA COACHING of their decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous statement.

    Where the Client expressly asks for performance of the service to begin before the withdrawal period expires, ELEVORA COACHING may begin providing the service after obtaining that request where required by applicable law.

    If the Client then exercises the right of withdrawal after performance has begun at the Client's request, the Client may be required to pay an amount corresponding to the services actually provided up to the time the decision to withdraw is communicated, where permitted by applicable law.

    Where the service has been fully performed before the withdrawal period expires, the right of withdrawal may be lost if all legal conditions for that loss have been met, including where the Client expressly requested early performance and acknowledged, when required, that the right of withdrawal would be lost once the service had been fully performed.

    This clause does not limit any more favourable mandatory right available to the Client under applicable law.

    14

    CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

    The Client remains solely responsible for:

    • the information they provide;

    • the goals they choose to pursue;

    • their decisions;

    • the actions they take or do not take; and

    • their use of discussions held as part of the coaching.

    The Client undertakes to participate in sessions in good faith and to provide the information they consider useful for the proper delivery of the coaching.

    Coaching requires the Client's active participation.

    15

    LIABILITY OF ELEVORA COACHING

    ELEVORA COACHING undertakes to provide its services diligently and professionally and is subject to an obligation of reasonable endeavours.

    ELEVORA COACHING does not guarantee any particular result.

    ELEVORA COACHING shall not be liable solely because the Client has not achieved the goals they set themselves.

    ELEVORA COACHING shall not be liable for decisions personally made by the Client following or outside coaching sessions.

    Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

    16

    CONFIDENTIALITY OF DISCUSSIONS

    ELEVORA COACHING attaches particular importance to the confidentiality of discussions with its Clients.

    Information communicated to the coach during sessions is treated confidentially, subject to:

    • the Client's agreement;

    • the requirements of providing the service;

    • a legal or regulatory obligation;

    • a request from a competent authority; or

    • a situation in which disclosure is legally necessary.

    The Client is also encouraged to respect the confidentiality of any methods, documents and content communicated to the Client where these are protected by intellectual-property rights or are confidential in nature.

    17

    RECORDING OF COMMUNICATIONS

    Coaching sessions are not intended to be routinely recorded.

    If ELEVORA COACHING wishes to record a session or communication for a specific purpose, the Client will be informed and their consent will be obtained where legally required.

    Any administrative or commercial calls that may be recorded for quality, training, security or evidential purposes will be processed in accordance with applicable personal-data protection laws.

    18

    PERSONAL DATA

    ELEVORA COACHING may collect and process certain personal data required in particular for:

    • managing contact requests;

    • booking sessions;

    • providing the services;

    • managing payments and invoices;

    • managing the relationship with the Client;

    • complying with its legal and accounting obligations;

    • preventing fraud; and

    • sending marketing communications where legally permitted.

    Data is processed in accordance with the data-protection rules applicable to ELEVORA COACHING and, where relevant, to the data subjects.

    Detailed information concerning the nature of the data collected, its purposes, legal bases, retention periods, recipients and the exercise of data-subject rights is set out in the Privacy Policy available on the website.

    The Client may exercise their rights under applicable law by contacting ELEVORA COACHING using the contact details shown on the website.

    19

    MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

    ELEVORA COACHING may send the Client information about its services where permitted by applicable law.

    Where the Client's prior consent is required, the relevant marketing communications will only be sent after valid consent has been obtained.

    Consent to receive marketing communications, where relied upon, must be separate from acceptance of these Terms.

    The Client may withdraw consent or object to marketing communications under the conditions laid down by applicable law.

    Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not affect communications necessary to perform a contract or manage an appointment, payment or Client request.

    20

    INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    The content, methods, documents, materials, text, exercises, questionnaires, videos, graphic elements, trade marks and other elements supplied or made available by ELEVORA COACHING may be protected by intellectual-property rights.

    Unless prior written authorisation is given, they are intended exclusively for the Client's personal use as part of the coaching.

    The Client must not reproduce, distribute, market, publish or make available to third parties any protected content belonging to ELEVORA COACHING.

    21

    AVAILABILITY OF THE WEBSITE AND DIGITAL SERVICES

    ELEVORA COACHING endeavours to ensure the accessibility of its website and digital tools.

    Temporary interruption may nevertheless occur, in particular for maintenance, security or update reasons or because of an event beyond the control of ELEVORA COACHING.

    ELEVORA COACHING does not guarantee permanent and uninterrupted availability of the website.

    22

    FORCE MAJEURE

    Neither party shall be liable for delay or failure to perform resulting from an event reasonably beyond its control, within the limits provided by applicable law.

    The affected party must inform the other party as soon as possible where the event materially affects performance of the service.

    The parties will give priority to seeking a solution that allows the service to be rescheduled or continued.

    23

    COMPLAINTS

    Any complaint relating to a service may be sent to ELEVORA COACHING using the contact details shown on the website.

    The Client is encouraged to state their identity, the relevant service and the subject of the complaint so that it can be handled under the best possible conditions.

    ELEVORA COACHING will endeavour to find an amicable solution before any legal proceedings are commenced.

    24

    CHANGES TO THE TERMS

    ELEVORA COACHING may amend these Terms, in particular to take account of changes to its services, operations or applicable law.

    The Terms applicable to an order are those accepted by the Client when placing that order.

    A subsequent amendment may not retrospectively alter the essential conditions of a service already ordered, unless the Client agrees or the law provides otherwise.

    25

    SEVERABILITY

    If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

    As far as possible, the relevant provision will be replaced or interpreted in a way that best preserves its original purpose while remaining compliant with applicable law.

    26

    GOVERNING LAW AND INTERNATIONAL CONSUMERS

    Subject to any mandatory provisions applicable to consumers, these Terms and contracts entered into with ELEVORA COACHING are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

    Where a Client acts as a consumer and resides in a country whose mandatory consumer-protection provisions apply to the Client, the choice of the laws of England and Wales does not deprive the Client of mandatory protections that the Client cannot lawfully waive in their country of residence.

    The parties are encouraged to seek an amicable solution to any dispute before commencing legal proceedings.

    Mandatory rules governing court jurisdiction and consumer rights remain applicable.
